How To Reset Your Account Password​

  1. Open the Loading Tools Hub.

  2. Click Login button

  3. A dialog will pop up. Click the Forgot your password? button.

  4. A dialog will pop up. Enter your email address.

  5. Click the Continue button.

  6. A dialog will pop up. Enter the following details:

    1. Your email address.

    2. The confirmation code sent to your email address.

    3. Your new password.

    4. Note: If you can't find the email with the confirmation code in your inbox, check your spam folder.

  7. Click the Change Password button.
